I went to Alison for a neck & back massage. I had quite a stiff neck and shoulders for a few weeks now and even though I had been to my chiropractor for the pain I was experiencing , the stiffness was still present.I had never been for a massage before so it was also my first time. I was very impressed. The room was clean and inviting, with calming music and soft lighting. I did not want to move when she had finished I was so comfortable and rested. Alison is a lovely host, giving me water to drink straight after. I will definitely go to her again and will be trying out some of the other treatments she offers.
